We are committed to devoting all our resources to selling your property within 90 days as well. In the unlikely event that your property does not sell within 90 days, Westwood absorbs any non-refundable advertising and selling expenses, and you will owe nothing, nor will you have any further obligation to us. Furthermore, we give you the right to terminate our listing agreement within the 90 days should you not be happy with our performance. You will also receive the names of principals and brokers who have requested information, progress on offers received, refusals, and reasons for not buying. Our objective is to sell your property for the price you want in the quickest possible time.
